City Saves Rp 4 T through E-Budgeting

City Secretary (Sekda), Saefullah, said the city administration saves Rp 4 trillion of budget through the e-budgeting system. The system is applied for 2015 City Budget (APBD).

All of the budgets are disbursed for our detail programs. It probably becomes a model throughout Indonesia

"The budget efficiency is up to Rp 4 trillion," he said, Monday (2/16).

According to him, besides it can save budget, the application of e-budgeting will also impact on the absence of unused budget (Silpa).

"All of the budgets are disbursed for our detail programs. It probably becomes a model throughout Indonesia," he added.

According to him, any officials even the Jakarta Governor Basuki T. Purnama could not open the locked budget in the e-budgeting system. The effort is done for the transparency and accountability of city budget.

"The accountability of responsibility is very good. The control tool is also very good.

A responsibility letter that has been made by SKPD is very accurate. These are the e-budgeting advantages," he stated.
